UX Intern @Santander Bank
As a member of a dynamic team, I had the privilege of engaging in a diverse range of tasks. My responsibilities spanned research, user testing, and UX design, culminating in the creation of comprehensive end-to-end experiences for products across mobile banking apps and public websites.
The projects I contributed to include:

Improving the Mobile Banking App experience for a paperless statement feature

Conducting user testing on the public site to ensure the communication is effective and efficient

Identified the UX issues of the Information Architecture on the Santander public site

My Contributions:

Defined 5+ user problems and 5+ UX issues in the digital platforms by synthesizing user test and research data, presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Developed 5+ high-fidelity mobile app prototypes through iterative internal reviews, and delivered final assets to the development team

Collaborated with designers and UX writers to ensure cohesive and impactful copy across the Mobile Banking Experience user interface

Created 4 components for the Local Design System in Figma to enhance the team's efficiency

Facilitated monthly design critique sessions to foster a collaborative environment with the multidisciplinary team

Attended and contributed to 5+ cross-functional meetings

One of the highlights of my internship was the in-person intern event in Boston. As a part of the team, I was invited to join this event to have meaningful conversations with the executives and senior managers.
We talked about the future of Santander, and how we could implement advanced technology to provide a more delightful and impactful experience to millions of users.
