Overview
A lesson from zero to one
Enterprises pay for the ServiceNow license but suffer from low usage, beacuse their employees struggle to navigate, create, and manage content in its back-end-heavy workflows.
In this project, I led the end-to-end product strategy in close collaboration with executive leadership and the engineering team, from refining the product direction to post-launch iteration. The product has secured contracts with 3 Fortune 500 clients and serves over 50,000 monthly users.
