Approaches
Scope MVP to meet business goals within tight timeline
Considering the timeline and limited resources, I led the team to scope out the MVP based on competitive analysis, user stories, and business needs. Also, to smooth system adoption, it's critical to keep the conventions for guiding employer portal designs.

Structure

Design Principle
Responsive
For cross platform experience
Discoverability
Functions should be easy to notice and intuitive
Scalability
Design with post-MVP functions in mind
Design System
As going into the design phase, the UX team started to build out scalable design systems to ensure design consistency and efficiency. Also, considering the flexibility and scalability of cross-platform experience, I integrate the Atomic design principles throughout the designs.

Final Deliverables

Serving as a landing page, the dashboard visualizes the job posting status, and actionable insights like applicants' information. It provides quick access to job management, post a job, and other core functions at user's first glance.
